Return and Refund Policy

Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of items (such as perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards) cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
